The first step ( Sit-down meetings ) are the perfect time for us to get to know each other and get to know the concept (idea, dream)  ahead of us. Our team will schedule a time and date for our team to come to your house. This allows us to take pictures of your living space you want the work done in, take any measurements and inspect the surrounding area for any problematic situatuons. Due to the nature of the career, most sit-down meetings must be at your house, but depending on the project we can accommodate with a video conference room where you’ll meet with every member of our design team. ( Zoom meetings must be requested ).  During this time, we will  gather as much information as we can this first meeting. We ask that you provide anything and everything to help curate a plan. This could be pictures, photos, Pinterest links, pins, instagram post and so forth. Anything you have to provide an idea, helps us  get a feel for what you want. During this time, will discuss project time schedule, and discuss the budget of the project.

Whats better than seeing a drawing or a sketch? Seeing a fully 3D render of your house with the new design of your dreams! Our team of designers will take your ideas from the first sit-down meeting and begin rendering a full series of concept drawings and 3D renders, with to scale measurements. Once our designers have finished the series of renders, you’ll will receive a google link with a folder titled with your name and project name. Inside this folder will be everything from sketches, to documents, to renders and even note changes. Once you give us feedback on the series of renders, and made any revisions requested by you until the design is to your satisfaction, we can move on to the final step when renders are approved.

Our team of skilled carpenters will work on your existing living space, transforming it into a living space you always dreamed of. Our staff will work with you do all the last minute changes and adjustment in your project, from paint and stain color, to the finishes on your handles and drawer knobs. Our team will have your back from the start to the very end.

When the time is right and you’re ready for the project to commence, we will begin the project work, from demolition, to renovations, installation, getting permits cleared and scheduling inspections. We can assure you that with our team acting as GC( General contraactor ) that the project will be up to code and pass your expectations and all you had to do was sign some paper work and will take care of everything else.  If you have your own preferred plumber, electrician or another subcontractor that you’d like to work on this project, we would be happy to work with them, too.
